Flashing MED17.5 ECU

I want to retune GOLF 6 GTI, but I found something not familiar to me in file I have read from car. Can someone take a look, is it safe to flash it again, is this some ASM or TPROT maybe?
I compare it to stock file I downloaded from this topic

It's RSA. File on the left has full signature, file on the right doesn't have full signature meaning it's already modified.
