If the 2006 Tuareg ecu v8 4.2 4D0907560DA me7.1.1 flash the firmware from the Tuareg 3.2l 022906032BF is also me7.1.1 . Will the 3.2 motor work ? I know that on the EDC 15 blocks, different firmware from different motors are sewn up and the motor works fine, and the error is only written on the block, the control unit is faulty, but it does not affect anything

without a difference. the edc-15 is also from 2.5 tdi 5-cylinder, but the firmware of 4 cylinders 1.9 tdi works in it

Dude, EDC15VM has no concept of cylinders.
All it does is control the plunger and the advance on the pump. It does not matter how many cylinders there are.

The hardware is different on a V8, the I/O is mapped differently. There are actual physical drivers for the injectors and ignition coils in a gasoline ECU with sequential injection.
Stop comparing things that can't be compared.

It's not going to work, end of story.
