EGT from egt sensor instead of modeled one
« on: June 27, 2023, 01:45:28 AM »
Hi,
Anyone copied values from rs6 egt sensor to modeled egt variable and can confirm it is a good idea? Routine would me something like this:
if E_ats1/2 is false:
Copy egt bank 1/2 to modeled bank 1/2
else switch to modeled egt.
Main reason for this is to use bts to richen mixture based on egt instead of flooding engine with fuel at TABGSS threshold

It's not needed.
The modelled EGT is just used as a threshold, it's not closed loop.
