Hello.
I'm having trouble with my 1.8T APP project. The car cuts throttle in every gear around 5500-6000 rpm range and i can't find out what's the problem.
The setup:

ECU: 06A906032S
K04-001 turbo
Stock Intercooler
Custom 70mm Downpipe with 60mm catless exhaust system
S3 BAM injectors 3bar FPR
265LPH fuel pump

The problem occurd after I installed the exhaust system 2 years ago. I first thought mechanical problems, checked everything(boost leak test, vacum leak, N75, FPR, new intercooler, new turbo, new injectors, new fuel pump, 2 year old brand new bosch MAF,). The car was overboosting so I made the MBC-N75 parallel from s4wiki, the overboost disapeared but the throttle cut was still there.
In the weeks I threw the MBC out and tried tuning the KFLDIMX and turning the duty cycle down. It worked. The overboost disapeard but the throttle cut still a thing and I can't find the source of the problem. I tried playing with KFMIOP/KFMIRL maps but with no luck.
I attach my files. Don't mind me if you see stupid things, I'm a beginner to ME7 world. Cheesy
I hope somebody can help me, I couldn't figure it out for 2 years now and it's really pissing me off.
The goal is to boost about 1 bar and to not throttle cut.
So my question is, what could causing the problem?
Thanks in advance.

Those ME7 logs are pretty useless.

Get a full single gear pull from 3k to redline.

You're literally missing one of the most important variables: actual boost.

rip out the parallel mbc. Its junk.

If you need one, your tune is bad, expect nothing but problems.

Reminder: if you need the MBC to prevent overboosting, there is no point in going further w/o a retune.

The MBC is out. I retuned the PID and it's working fine but the throttle cut still hits.

I've made new logs. The first with 3rd gear full throttle till the cut hit.
The second is the same but in 2nd gear.
I hope these are better.
Thanks.

Thanks. Okay I'll do that.

My requested load is way lower than my specified. It starts dropping from 5200rpm and goes down to 140% where the cut happens around 5800-6000rpm.

Added the actual boost finally. 3rd and 2nd gear pull, ESP off for both.

It's like hitting a wall. The car stops pulling and the rpm dropping slowly at full throttle.

If I let off the gas than push the throttle again, the car starts to move again until that 5800rpm range, then the same happens. I don't know what's happening.

You have n75 or wg failure, massive boost leak, your DV's are failing, or your inlet hose is collapsing. Absolutely a mechanical issue, not your tune as far as I can tell.
