I made a function for LC with ign retard. My zwgru is fixed to -12, but real ignition goes under -30, how is that possible, that is even lower than KFZWMN?

Log zwmin or zwmn iirc
There is a lot of possible issues depending of how your routine works
Where it hooked in code etc

Actually the right way to do it is to set a higher torque reserve and the ECU will do the rest...
But zwout is possible too.
