Looks to me if that is the correct fdef that it would not be used. Check SY_NWS but my guess it that it is set to 2 so you only use the bottom most map.

I think it probably is wrong for my software. I have four KFZW* maps, no 2D map like the bottom one, and KFNWS* maps to control camshaft timing.

I can only report that on the 1.8T, no cam phase change, engines I've been asked to disassemble recently by some folks here only one timing map is called upon.  However, the second map exists and is populated by the exact same data points.

You can change the constant to enable support for different ignition timing maps, but there won't be any system setting what current camshaft phase is, so it would always use the first map.

Sorry for digging,
but has someone found out which KFZW belongs to which Position of Valve-Lift and Timing in the Porsche Files?
Cause based on my Analysis of KFZW1-4 i would assume that the areas are divided like this:
KFZW1 - vlow + late timing
KFZW2 - vlow + early timing

KFZW3 - vhigh + late timing
KFZW4 - vhigh + early timing
