Hello
A few more questions from the beginner

1: Which pin can I connect an LED to to determine whether the CPU is in boot mode?
CPU at the table. At the output to the Motronic Relay (Pin 65 to the K28 Motronic Relay)?
2: I am using old Vagcom 304 and there is no "boot in intelligent mode" option.
Is there a problem with KKL FDTI cable?
3: Is there a free pin on the CPU to connect pin 24. This means you don't have to use every time  CPU
open if necessary boot mode ?
4: Immooff working sequence: ArgDub's soft ---> read 95040 (save original) -----> eepromtool_04
soft -immoff --->ArgDub's soft -write back???

      1.8T AUM CPU: ME7.5 06A906032HJ0002

It's all for my private kit car. I'm not a tuner. The car weighs little, so it's enough
I have the 150HP. I don't have any original instruments, just a "Stack" race instruments .
Just in case, I want a replacement control unit.

1
Didnt get it. Just wire it up, short pin24 pad to ground, power up, count to 10 and leave ground wire

2
Problem with what?

3
You dont need bootmode for flashing while its immo-off

4
Personally i prefer visualme7logger - tools - eeprom due to GUI interface. The sequence is the same: read - change - write back

2  In newer versions "you must set it to dumb mode (Open VCDS --> Options --> uncheck 'Boot in intelligent mode' or check 'Boot in dumb mode'" ) , but Vag-com 409 has this option not .

3  But I need "bootmode to write in ArgDub's soft ?

One more question . Memory map 800 or 800BB?

2 see 1
3 yes

800BB. You don't need it for eeprom flashing process
