Hello, which turbo would be a good choice for a daily driver ?

It's a Polo 6n that im fitting with mq350 02q gearbox, and engine is going to be 2.0 20v. So around 1100 kg
I would like around 450 hp, but retaining daily driveability is more important.
How much spool is sacrificed with a s246sx compared to a efr 6758 ?
And how much hp can be had from the s246sx and s251sx ? I couldn't find anything concrete on the internet.

Im considering these turbos for the moment:

BW s246sx
BW s251sx
efr 6758
G25-550

Pulsar fake G25-550 is the best bang for the buck.
Efr is very modern tech but expensive.
BW SX is old shit without water cooling

450hp in a polo 6n is far from daily driver. lol

450hp is not "daily driver" on this platform, you will have full boost at around 4000 rpm in lower gears and 3000 rpm in higher gears.
Only way to do a fast start will be via launch control with ignition retard and use flat shift.

Also a such amount of power on a FWD car is a complete waste of time.
Even with an LSD 350hp is plenty on this 1100kg car, you will have wheelspin until 70+ km/h.

Thank you for your advice.
Maybe I'll go with k04-064 instead.

I have a high hp FWD car and trust me go awd car or smaller turbo or different goals.

If you wanna do some custom fabrication an IS20 would be a nice match for example, maybe even an is38.
These days I would not put on a non twinscroll turbo on a small displacement engine. Try to modernize things as best you can.

I did run stock K04-064 at one time in the past and it was the best setup for curvy roads.
Its relatively cheap and you havent to fight with chinafold, ridiculous expensive upgraded k04020/23 and screws getting loose.

i still have this turbo available depending on where you live
