Hey,

several German tuners, such as those mentioned here: https://youtu.be/AyYd-OWyRbI?si=CkV8aHp2zs2Wzqu-
, are discussing the possibility of unlocking all the new MDG1 ECUs using the "locked" Bosch Bootloader. I haven't come across any information regarding a new tool or an update for an existing one. Does anyone have more information on this?

Video shows as private so not sure what the video is referring to. Femto has some "coming soon" info on their site though. They are the ones doing the bench unlocks on post 06/2020 DME's now in Finland.

We'll soon see but something tells me that several german tuners got themselves scammed into purchasing a tool that doesn't exist. Wait and see.

I saw this video on youtube too, seems it is deleted now, who knows why. If there is a large list of costumers waiting as he said, he doesnt need to advertise it. Maybe too much work now. Anyway i think there is one company in germany offering to read / unlock latest Bosch ecu for some bigger amount of cash. But he does not advertise it official, just saw some post in a german board.
