Hello,

we are tuning a 1.8t with 630cc injectors and RS4 maf

But cant make working properly on idle

Injectors 0280158123
Maf : 0280218067
Fuel pump 8 bar - 0580464200
And 4bar fuel pressure regulator

Chanels 31 32 and 33 are working

Lambda control keeps me -21 on idle.. it should be -2 or max -3?

Maf readings are 5.6 .. around 5at all..

If someone has experience i would like to share file for giving a look

Thanks

Never had these injectors, nor have i fitted a bigger maf, but your readings sound solid, use me7logger to get proper data.
are your values matching these?

i'm wondering why the sheet on finjector.com differs from the mentioned data.

Edit:
Krkte has been best shot for me to use stock krkte x (cc new_injector)/cc old_injector

there is a possibility, that your FPR is 4bar, but the return hole in it is to small so not enough fuel is being returned and you get a much higher fp.
Might be worth a check. Internal a 3.5bar one i have lying around has a 3.2mm hole, but it narrows down to 2mm at the outlet. Whereas a adjustable one i have laying around has continuous 3,2mm

Thanks for your reply.

I have just upgraded 4bar fuel regulator for testing and also its adjusted on tune

Before it was stock fuel regulator to 3 bar and were same symptoms..

I think something wrong on calibrations or ..
While pulling it keeps afr 12.2 12.3 on WOT with 1.8bar

Which im not looking for more power

I want to fix idle properly working... idle is never stable, all vacuum pipes are new and silicone, air intake are silicone.. not possible for any leak

Also these symptoms are much more eariler but i never could fix them...

Change one thing at a time and log.
Rs4 maf with stock injectors and stock fpr
or
stock maf with other injectors

Why 4bar in combination with 630? Which turbo size?

to be honest i have this combo...
0280158123 and 4 bar fpr.
Idle was near spot on after just changing krkte and tvub.

My bet is on wrong MAF calibration or open air element. I would revert to stock injectors and adjust HFM then install those and calibrate them properly.

Edit: mine maf reading on idle (900 RPM) are 3,2-3,5 g/s.

he even told you to use
-stock maf with 630cc
or
-stock injectors + bigger maf

With this you can focus on the errors this one particular part induces. If for example Stock Maf+630cc gives good results, you can fit the maf and fix it the shit it possibly produces.
