hello! i`m from Argentina, my audi s3 cdl have a problem with the requested rail and i change every part i can to save the problem but this not change. Try with original map and the problem is minor...but persist.
If accelerate the car in movement with the rail charged in 100bar or more...the requested rail is 135bar and the actual rail follows perfect all. (not problem in this case)
If accelerate from 0-100 km/h with the rail charged in 50bar, the requested rail is 90, 80, 100 in diferrent tests but never go to 135bar, timing injection is more 10.0, lambda control go to +25 and the throttle close.
Changed original and ttrs fuel pump, autotech and hpfp new, rail sensor, lpfp sensor, ecu, injectors, chain and tensor, variator vvt, crank and camshaft sensors. All new
Channel 91 & 94 in vagcom all perfect, (2 to -2 when hot engine).
Any idea for help me to discover the origin of the problem? Thanks in advance

There is a low pass filter on the rail request and in some software it is set very low. Probably on yours too. Look at the same module where the rail request is calculated and the FR.

With stock map the issue is present too, you think the problem still same?

Yes, of course. If it is a problem with the request, then the lowpass filter value is low from factory, just increase it. Also I recommend: 1. Reading stickies. 2. Posting logs instead of walls of text. Or you won't get far here.

Here is a capture of the vcds log, channel 230 requested rail is at left, actual rail is at right.
If accelerate with the rail precharged at 100bar...the rail requested go to 135, if not the rail requested fluctuates

I answered your question with the solution in the first post. You can change the parameter or you can keep talking.
Also when posting logs, post the CSV files, and not screenshots or xls or whatever else.

Even with requested rail pressure doing what you're asking from it, you're still missing a metric fuckton of fuel top end. time to recheck the basics

I have no logs because I have a boost gauge (makes things easier)

look the ultimate log (long log), when the request rail from ecu is 135bar... the car going fine and no throttle close...lambda control go to -18....no problem with the fuel...only with the requested rail hesitations.

The lowpass constant is unchanged from stock, that's the only issue, nothing else. I wrote more than 2 weeks ago what to change. I am guessing this guy doesn't tune anything himself, it's just some customer of some wannabe tuner, so continuing this is a waste of time. Anyone else would've fixed it already.
