If I have basically stock Golf 6R setup (turbo + 6R downpipe), can I assume that I can copy over the EGT temp calculation maps from 6R ECU?

You don't have the same pistons/head or cams as a Golf 6R, do you?

Ok so it was false alert, for some reason a single run I did, had perfectly non-closing throttle, so I thought I had it. But subsequent runs showed me it was a fluke.

I reverted all MDNORM and MIRL and MIOP stock. Then to get from 400 to 500Nm I just scale all MDNORMs to 500.
Scale all KFMIRL map 25% and then scale load axis of KFMIOP also 25%.

That should take care of the load/torque calculation.

prj mentioned idle controller, I am all in FR now, but as I do not read German, it will take time, maybe someone can point me to idle control section?

As said before, you are out of fuel.

The injection time is too long, which will cause a missfire and a load cap.

7.7 ms way too much.  This is a DI engine.  You are out of fuel.

7.7ms is not an upper limit for being out of fuel,  you need to factor rpm in with this.  you can have 10ms+ at lower rpm and still have fuel have window, but then 6.5ms at high rpm could be not window and out of fuel.

Yeah, that's why its confusing.

People throw random numbers in the air, and say you this you that.

When I ask for the parameter that defines if its limiting load due to out of fuel or any other - dead silence.

The calcucation IFR depends on rpm and injection timing and then the type of injection mode? I saw FR mention multiple different ways of injecting fuel - like single or multi pulse etc etc.

When I get time, I will study the logs again.
I logged like 170 parameters, each time I add a few, I move to the next section in FR. Cheesy

Now I see ASDrf_trqInrSet limiting load.

Will report back.

ETSOV is the torque coordination big picture.

Also trqinrset doesn't "limit" anything it's just the current torque setpoint...
