here is my story short i got faild injectors on my 2.7t a6 so i bought set of 6 1.8t awp 180hp injectors from ebay these injectors came with 0280156061 oem number
here is the flow rate of these injectors
317cc at ---3bar
366cc at ---4bar
i alrady installed them on the car it started right up no issues with the stock krkte and tvub
now i changed the tvub and i  copied the tvub from the 18t awp file
the tvub looks like this

  7              10             12            14            17

1.57353   0.95212   0.62141   0.41339   0.27203

and i calculated new krkte =0.08591

kvb=380.86

temin=0.592

at the 032 group  i geting these reading

adaptation idle bank 1 = 3.8%

adaptation idle bank 2 = 3.8%

adaptation partial  bank 1 = 3.1%

adaptation partial  bank 2 = 3.1%

at 001 group

engine speed =720/min

coolant temperature = 78.0c

lambda control bank 1 =-2.3%

lambda control bank 2 =-2.3%

so can some one help me here how to smooth out the trims here  with these injectors

0.08591 * 1,03 = 0,0884873 new krkte

why is your kvb 380 when your injectors are 317/366?

these trims are only accurate if your vaccuum system and maf is top notch.

for idle use fkkvs

Hi aef
can you explain what is the 1.03
I used krkte calculator to calculate the krkte and kvb then i copied the calculated values
I don't have boost leak i did the boost leak test but i have an exhaust leak on right down pipe

ok now i used the stock m-boxe tvub and krkte with the awp 1.8t injectors 366cc ----4bar

stock krkte =  0.09768

stock tvube

   7            10             12            14             17
2.00025   1.00813   0.80010   0.70409   0.60808

its looks better now

032 group

adaptation idle bank 1 = 0.9%

adaptation idle bank 2 = 0.2%

adaptation partial  bank 1 = 0.0%

adaptation partial  bank 2 =0.0%

at 001 group

engine speed =720/min

coolant temperature = 78.0c

lambda control bank 1 = -0.8% 1.6%

lambda control bank 2 = -0.8% 1.6%

Use the TVUB for these Injectors. If they are AWP injectors then use the AWP TVUB.

If your fuel trims in group 032 are 3% this means your ecu is adding 3% fuel because your krkte is 3% too small.
Thatswhy you have to add 3% to krkte and this is my "old krkte * 1.03 = new krkte" calculation

If you have a leak in the downpipe then your lambda sensor will possibly read wrong values because there is air from the outside and not just the exhaust gases from the combustion chamber.

If you lambda control is dancing now this is because you used mbox tvub with awp injectors.

If your injectors flow 366 because your have 4bar fpr then set your kvb to 366.

regards

Okay i replaced the TVUB with the 1.8TAWP TVUB values, added 1% to the krkte
Old krkte* 1.01
Now at the 032
Idle adaptation bank 1 0.2%
Idle adaptation bank 2 0.6%

Are these values looks okay

Short fuel trim are switching (-/+) lean to reach --- reach to lean
