Hello, receltly I swapped tfsi BWA with gen2 dsg in mk2 golf, is there a way to enable analog outputs for vss and reverse light like on early Exx gearboxes
I know, CAN adapter will solve problems but this way will be much easier

Fxx and Exx are essentially the same.
Find a file that does what you want and flash the controller with it.

Do you mean Cxx version from MK4 (and early MK5) etc? Replacement mechatronics for Cxx (MPC) are now newer hardware with some "F10" (tricore) made software version. So i think you maybe need such version from replacement tcu.

I have read such statements in the past.
The logic seems to be when some mk4 r32 dsg comes to the dealership in 2024 and the cxx is broken then he will receive a exx tcu with matching software.
But how in gods name would you know which software to use? Is there some TPI or will odis suggest the correct one based on the old one?

You can just look it up on partslink.

Unfortunately partslink / etka does not show this information for DQ250. It only shows partnumber + fkz (farbkennzeichen, i think it´s historic description, not meaning color), based on this fin data you will get correct programmed tcu. Example for MK4 R32 it´s "02E325025AD Z19"

Unfortunate, for the DL501 it actually shows the software number.

hi, please tell me, I’m also installing MK2 3.2 + DSG, how and where to connect the DSG?
They say that you need some kind of controller, is it possible without it?
How are you connected?
