This might be a long shot, but does anyone have a DAMOS (a2l+hex) for BMW i8 with matching stock P-flash and D-flash bins? I am looking to access some obscure single value parameters that would not be as easily matched up as a fuel or ignition table.

What maps do you need?

Basically everything. I'm doing a motor swap ,retaining hybrid functionality, where the DME will live in parallel with a standalone. In this car the DME is deeply integrated the hybrid system for start stop/ev generator torque limits, etc. I will be feeding simulated engine sensor inputs into the DME from a controller I designed to keep it reasonably believing a B38 is attached to it. There will be numerous maps based on complex mathematical models in the MEVD17 that are going to need min/max limits modified and likely lots of DTC suppression. All doable, but not without a fully defined software.

DME will live in parallel with a standalone.

Give up now...

There is no way to do that on any torque controlled ECU.

LOL, no

There are two ways:
1. Use the ECU to run whatever engine you put in there - if it has a different amount of cylinders, you're screwed though.
2. Use something like Motec M1 to run the entire powertrain.

Everything else will be a failure.

The mechanical work is piss easy compared to the software.

Doesn't have cylinders, it has rotor housings. Smiley
I never said it would be easy. There are backup plans.
