So-there is next story. I have 4z7 907 551P me7.1.1 ecu from 2004 allroud, with ABT crypto inside and this 16985 dtc code. I am delete crypto and install new 29f800bb, and boot-flashing ori 551P dump in it. All is good-but of course 16985 stay here and i cant erase it with vagcom. I read eeprom with me7_95040 reader (dump attached to the post), but there is pretty 00-00 instead of 33-33 in 0C column. So-anybody can help me with disable this code from eeprom? I can pay for this job) Or anybody have eeprom dump from 4z7 907 551P-N-S-R ecu without 16985 code (in this case i am just disable the immo and write it to the eeprom)?

Hello! Like in all me7.1.1 ecu, this is ST5p08c3 (aka ST95p08). Yes, its 1kb eeprom, but this looks like only 512b of it used by me711 system, and this eeprom read/write with me7_95040 programm without any problems.

Must be difference in applications gremlin?  i have only worked with the eeprom on vr6 applications not on allroad.
