Hey,

I have Skoda Superb 1.5 TSI DADA with DQ200 Temic Gen2 equipped, recently I've converted gpf to downpipe, related to that I have strong noise while changing gears in area of 1750-2500 rpm, where KFZWMNGS intercepts ignition advance and making it loud during upshifts in those rpm areas.

As I know:

1. part-load shifts are maintained without throttle closure, tcu recommends upshift, while ecu makes ignition retard to decrease torque of engine not to wear the clutch,

2. full-load (max acceleration) however does not makes that entirelly and that's where "upshifting with torque reduction" maps kicks in. Engines is not "pulling" during gearshifts and that's what I would want to have all the time.

I've been digging through dq200/mg1cs011 damos to check if I can change that logic to maintain upshifting with torque reduction for lower load values, because now, when I increase ignition advance from -30 to let's say -15, it's getting much less noisy, however - it feels that clutch have more work to do on every upshift, as torque from engine does not decrease as much as it should be. And as we know - lifespan of those clutches are ridicoulusly low.

Readout and mod file from dq200 in the attachment. Any specialists here? I can pay.
