I am having no luck accessing an 06 A6 4.2 ECU. I can use cheap software such as bag commander to access it but I'd like to be able to pull the eeprom and disable the immo. Any advice on how to do this for a EDC17 ECU?

06 A6 4.2 is a ME7, what does EDC17 have to do with it?

Edc17 is like 2007 and up cr diesel ecus. What PRJ is asking, what does a mpi gasoline ECU (ME7) have anything to do with common rail diesel engines? The answer is: nothing. If you do not know the terminology, don't use it. Also, if your vcds and nefmoto do not work you clearly do not have the drivers installed for the cable and or the cable configured correctly. If you can't get past installing drivers you're going to have a really tough time for anything that actually involves calibration changes. Also, unless you know how to do immo off in flash nefmoto is of no use to disable the immo.

No one gives a damn if you're a man or a woman, what you've been posting so far has been absolute gibberish that makes no sense.

What are you really trying to do and on what car? What does a 4.2 gasoline car have to do with EDC17?

What are on about? Personally I dont give a shit if you are Bozo the clown or whatever, you asked a question and I answered it, and pointed out you really have no clue what you are talking about. I simply replied as I would have for anyone that puts zero effort into making a post, are you expecting special treatment because you are a girl? Sure sounds like it.
