Hello
Over the last year I managed to build a budget stroker.
Now, after starting the engine, iI have problems with its smooth work.

First, I planned to start tuning the engine myself, but it's a bit too much for me and I need to make a starting map to drive a few km to the tuner.

1984cc, intake manifold with AWT, Bosch 630cc injectors, 3bar fuel regulator, MAF 80mm RS6C5, C/R 9.2:1 (8N0906018H) turbo from m5 f10 mgt2260dsl
I`ve changed in ORI BAM map KRKTE to 0.05783 and replaced MLHFM to data from rs6 map

Now i have problem with lambda, i checked 2 different LSU 4.2 the same effect
Correction 25% and lambda around 1.3-1.4,  i have in downpipe another o2 sensor but standalone 4.9, and this one showing too rich.

Can you tell me what I forgot and what else I should change?

The engine in the vid sounds horrendous. For 630s it's not really that hard krkte and tvub should get you close if you do the calculation correctly and use the right dead times.

I fixed most problems - Fan bearing gone

I Corrected krkte, tvub and kisrm, now engine is running almost smooth, but there is another problem
Something is wrong with O2 wideband correction - in vcds is always 0 or 25% and ecu is adding fuel, i tested on 3 different.
in decat i have standalone lsu4.9 which is showing +/- 2% (i tested adding fuel on LPG) - i can see when is rich or lean but it doesnt matter what i do vcds is always showing 25%

I made engine wiring by myself i checked 3 times and is correct, after this i cut wire in wideband and it shows 3,4uA so much off scale

Do you have any idea where is problem ? (i tested on BAM ecu and AWT.. still the same result)

still load on idle 25-35%, i blinded all hoses to intake mainfod - the same, mount maf before throttle - the same result
on petrol Lsu 4.9 shows lamda 0.7

Any ideas ?

Yeah, you have no clue what you are doing. Logs are 100% useless, MAF is reading too much air flow at idle so load and fueling are going to be fucked up. Vcds logs are not acceptable here, it's posted all and the engine sounds like shit. Stop spamming the forums with your useless posts, pay someone to make a file for you or trailer the car to the tuner. It gets really annoying when someone constantly begs for help but can't follow the most simplistic instructions to get said help.
