ME7.5 8E0909518AQ Backup ECU

Hey everyone,
I'd like to invest into a 2nd ECU to use as a backup with original EEPROM and 28F800 in case something goes wrong.
Do I have to buy the same ECU or can it be anything else that is Bosch ME7.5
I appreciate any answers.
