Hi All,

I'm looking for information, map pack, damos, A2l etc. for an Aisin AL1000/0C8 specifically. I would take AL750 or AQ250 because I think it might be close enough to figure out the AL1000.

I have ID'd a few of the shift tables with the help of various DSG damos/A2l files I have found but I need more specific information for the torque limiters.

I'm trying to tune the TCM in my 2013 Touareg TDI. Transmission controller is a 0C8927750AK.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

I have found about 200 shift tables now. I still have not i'd any torque limiters. It seems the DQ500 uses a torque multiplier of 0.05. Can anyone verify the torque multiplier for the AL1000 or what the actual programmed Max torque value is so I can search for it?

Around 0x27D0A, there seems to be torque by gear limiter maps

Values are 16bits HiLo with a factor of 0.1 (0x1388 = 500nm, 0x1694 = 578nm)

For the shift points, you seem to have found them, they would be right after this string: "W0217I05"

Thanks for that!! I never considered trying HiLo, just assumed the file was consistent LoHi. I'll dig in and see what I can find!

I have the shift maps covered I think! I have 205 identified from 0x084df through 0x14024. They are all 21x8 or 21x16. There are some gaps/other maps between the groups and a few are by themselves but they are fairly obvious once you dig in and start recognizing the patterns-especially the last three columns.

The torque maps definitely need some work. I have the ones both of you noted identified but I still don't have the SVTL. In my logs of the tranny the maximum value is reported as 610Nm. I have found only one instance of decimal 06100 in the file in HiLO. It looks like it's in the middle of a map and all the other values in the map are higher than 06100. It doesn't seem like the SVTL. In LoHi all the 06100 are in what I call the "code" section-not many map like structures in there.

Oops! I looked right at that when you gave me the addresses initially then promptly forgot about it trying to make sense of the 1x9 maps! Thanks again. How are you finding these?
