Request for modification of 2002 vw bora vin.

The ecu model is me7.1.1, the cpu model is st10c167, and the ep chip model is not clear. I used 95040 to read the data. I need to modify the vin and correct the checksum. Which friend can do it and provide compensation, thank you.
