im very new to the EEC-V, as these ECM are not much around here, maybe you can help me out..

friend of mine owns 2 Lincoln Town Car stretch Limos with 4.6 engine, both have the same problem.

from time to time PATS activates and cars wont start.

can this be done with Tunerpro with the matching .xdf , or is PATS similar to GM´s where one part is in the ECM and the other in the starter curcuit?

Do you have a solution for this problem, i attach pics of the ECM
