Hi, I am asking for help in obtaining the specified boost in MED 17.1, the car is my private A4 B8 2.0 TFSI CDNC, Quattro, S-tronic - (software modification, higher clutch pressure, shift point, unlocked torque) IHI hybrid installed, large IC.

The car was at the tuner, but unfortunately there was a mechanical problem, and after the repair I tried to modify the program myself, because I think that the flow could be increased in the range of 5000-6200rpm, but I cannot obtain a boost greater than 1bar/5000 rpm some limit.

At this moment, the car on the road dynamometer showed 317PS 5500RPM and 450Nm at 3700RPM, and the turbocharger should have the capacity of 350 PS+.

I modified KFLDHBN, LDRXN/LB/XNZK KFMIOP, KFMIRL in many ways, but the desired boost pressure is always lower than what I would like
to achieve.

Other parameters lambda (0.8 at the end of the tachometer, the car runs on PB98 10% the rest LPG), egt (max 870 degrees 5th gear 1400-6200rpm), ignition reversing 0 degrees, IAT max 25 degrees.

Please help if someone could take a look at this map, I have no experience with med17.1, I probably have no idea about some limit.
I only programmed me7.5 and a little Med9.1 as a hobby, but here I see that it behaves differently.

The car is my private one, I do not do chip tuning for profit.

The last LOG from the boost pressure and load, but you can see what I mean, I have slight overloads, but I am also slowly linearizing n75 (here it is already much better than at the beginning)
Regards

1. FR is floating around the net for free. Download and study.
2. Use proper logging, so you can see where your limitation is. VCDS is a joke.

I have Fr, but in German, and I tried to figure something out, but it's not easy... As for vcds, I know that it's a bad logger, very small sampling, I always use ME7logger for the old ME7 and there is a difference.
Please, can you give me some advice from your experience as to where to look? Because from what I see, you are a specialist and you have probably done stage 3 in this controller more than once, and my tuner says that it cannot be done more, but on the other hand, the person who modified the turbocharger says that you can easily push the top 1.1 to 1.2 bar. Maybe you'll save me from uploading the firmware 50 times or more.

Did you check link in my signature?

You can log it correctly, and you can get LIVE tuning for it, so you can make changes with the engine running (or load the sw in a few seconds).

And if you have the FR you can watch the flow charts and log every single parameter on the flowchart.

FYI VCDS can log in turbo mode and you'll get more data points.
Just brief look at the .csv and it seems like your load is way too low to be making boost required up top, should be 220-240 consistently to about 4k rpm.
Will give your file a look at tonight and point out any issues there.

Checked file, and yup it's load request in KFMIRL and limit in LDRXN. Up these and you should be sorted.
But base file from the tuner is pretty lazy, lots of maps that should be tinkered with as well that aren't for a proper tune.
