Problem: I want to completely remove REVO Stage 2 but I believe REVO protects it's code by disabling conventional OBD2 serial flash and also alters the EEprom.
Stock ECU Map File: I found file "VW Golf,Jetta NA MY2003 1.8T 06A906032PL S0003.bin" on this website.
Tools Required: NefMoto ver. 1.9.4.3 & ME7Check 160512 ver. 1.12.
Procedure/Steps to Completely Remove REVO Stage 2: If I'm understanding the information I have read properly, reflashing will need to be done on a bench in boot mode because of the REVO protection. Can someone please explain step by step what steps and any other tools required to completely remove REVO Stage 2. I am hoping it can be done via OBD2 using NefMoto.

You just need to reflash the eeprom and flash. You can use any tools the can do a complete write. The easiest would be ktag unless you have a bench flash setup already. If you do all versions of mpps later than the ones 12/13 will flash the eeprom too. If you want to jump thru a bunch of hoops you can use the free tools on this site, some do not have a gui and you will need to run them in cmd or py. You will need to turn off the immobilizer or pair the immo after flashing the eeprom otherwise the car won't start
