I'm going to work from a K04 file - probably BYD - on my BWA for the increased torque modeling (DSG, linear torque etc), if I disable the EGT sensors will it simply revert back to modeled EGTs?

CDLA - Audi S3 8P (late model) / Scirocco R (2009–2014)
CDLB - Scirocco R (manual variants)
CDLF - Golf Mk6 R (early models, some MED9.1)
CDLG - Golf Mk6 R (some DSG variants)
CDMA - Audi TTS (8J) DSG

No, they do not have any EGT sensor. Some early MED9 2.5tfsi had a EGT sensor, but i do not know any 2.0tfsi. I saw some tuner in past who enabled the function and installed a sensor though.

Anyway there is nothing to change.

Quit doing drugs. The only MED9 cars that had EGT sensors from factory were the 2009-2011 CEPA Audi TT-RS and that is that.
