Hello,
I need some help with an old problem and a new one. I installed the 5120 hack a year ago. Afterward, I had idle fluctuations that didn't bother me. However, I have to go to the MOT soon, and it won't pass the emissions test. If I turn on many devices with the air conditioning, it almost goes away. What could it be?

The new problem is, I've now converted to a GT2871r. I don't have any errors at 1 bar. As soon as I go outside of the boost pressure, I get the error message "Maximum boost pressure exceeded." With the old K04-001 Stage 3 turbocharger, I was running at 2.7 bar. Which map do I need to adjust?

Regards
Alex

So you're telling us you've managed to make a K04 based turbo at 2.7 bar but you can't make a GT2871r above 1 bar? How on earth did you manage to tune the K04 hybrid setup then? Divine intervention?

I have no logs because I have a boost gauge (makes things easier)

That's why I'm sticking with my small K03S. How do you adjust a big one if you don't know how to adjust the original? It's going to be difficult.

AC on, yes, you trigger idle and torque reserve maps.

2.7 bar?? In K04, absolute or relative pressure??!
