Are you retrofitting ME7 to some odd older engine, or what is the point of this?
You do know true 4-channel coilpacks with separate spark plug leads exist (2.0 8V Golf/A3/Beetle)?

I want to run V8 with ME7.5 (already turbo and have lambda control also more thing deweloped)

There is a  SY_ZNDAUS, but I can't find it in A2L

I know there is a ME7.1.1 V8 ECU with LSU 4.9, if this wasted spark sistem don't work then I will switch on that ECU. But till then I will try to make this

None of the mk4 2l besides the AEG is waste spark, at lest in the states. AVH, AZG, BEV, and BBW are all sequential ignition. I have ran ALL mk4 2l on me7.5 including AEG, just need to change the cam gear to a later model that is me7. Besides that the 1.8t ecu is virtually plug and play. Besides the map sensor and intake air temp sensor. Normally what I do is just use the late model map sensor that has an iat built in and pin that to the ecu so you only have to add the map sensor wiring +1 for the intake air temp sensor. I mean if you just disable the immo and have the fueling close the 2l will start and run on a 1.8t ecu without any issue

I believe SY_ZNDAUS is compile time define, once firmware is compiled and shipped, you can't change without modifying program code.
M7.1.1 is designed for 8 cyl engines. Best bet would be get one from Audi V8 engines or VW W8, but you could get from V6/VR6/VR5 engines and solder 2 ignition drivers and ignition IGBT driver. Then you should find correct software - best bet Would be Bosch motorsport MS4, have seen links in this forum.

dumb idea:
If you run no cam sensor the ecu should default to wasted spark.

This is wrong, and not how it works. The ecu faults out the cam sensor and then will try to fiire cylinder 1 without knowing what stroke its on. It will either start up fine or go kaboom out the tail pipe.
