Just look in a File from a BEX, there u can copy KRKTE and TVUB.

3 bar rating for these is 301.8 cc/min https://www.injectorplanet.com/products/bosch-0280156061-volkswagen-06a906031ba
at 4 bar they increase flow to 301.8 *sqrt(4/3) = 348.5 cc/min

Plug that flow into krkte calculator sheet, get you pump gas value of 0.0648882442

tvub does not change with fuel pressure so just look that up from a BEX file, same table values for 3 or 4 bars
