Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on the ECU of my Passat B5.5 2.0i 130hp (2004), reference 3B0 907 557 R, and I’d like to know if someone already has an XDF file for it.
I ran a check with ME7Check and I’m attaching the screenshot with all the ECU details:

I did find one XDF that works, but it has a lot of inconsistencies and doesn’t seem very reliable. If anyone has a compatible XDF or even a close one that I could adapt, that would be really helpful!
Thanks a lot in advance

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Your XDF is much more coherent than mine; the tables look correct and usable.
However, I noticed there’s no NMAX table. After some research in the binary, could its address possibly be 0x16B40?
Best regards

In H and R version NMAX (Drehzahlbegrenzung) is at 0x16D66, NMAXDV(Drehzahlbegrenzung bei Fehlererkennung Geschwindigkeitssignal) at 0x16D68, NMAXOG (erhoehte Drehzahlgrenze) at 0x16D6E

Hello,
Thank you again for all the information you’ve provided. If you don’t mind me asking, how do you know all this about this ECU? I’ve done quite a bit of research myself but haven’t been able to find much. Also, what do you think about the values at addresses 0x26BC8 to 0x26BE6? They look like an NMAXGA table, but they seem a bit too long. And the values at 0x13708 to 0x13712 — could these correspond to an NMXDAEF? By the way, the rev limiter doesn’t seem very accurate, since the actual cut happens at around 6760 rpm.
Thanks again for your valuable insights.

I’ve done some research in the binary and identified a number of tables—some somewhat unusual, but a few are particularly interesting. Notably, the table at 0x1A231 is 8-bit and 10×10, and the one at 0x1C47A is 16-bit with 16 rows × 12 columns. I’ve attached all the addresses I’ve found. I plan to investigate further this week to determine their purpose. Any additional information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, Are there any tables for engine speed relative to temperature, and cold start tables, whether for ignition or fuel injection?
Thank you for your help.
