Hey Guys,

I am having an interesting issue on my big turbo mk6 Golf R and have reached the end of my troubleshooting knowledge.

The problem is that the throttle is closing partially mid pull.

I have confirmed the usual suspects. MSHFM vs MSDK are pretty much bang on (within 1-2% at worst).

Fuel trims are on the money, within 2% as well. No knock at all either.

I have tried switching to open loop boost control as well, still happens. Raised WDKUGDN slightly as well.

KFDMDADP, KFDMDARO and KFDMDAROS are all raised to allow full torque. As is KFMDBGRK and KFMIOP/S.

KFPZU/S are all at 100%, even tried setting CWMDBGFZ to 0 as well to try and disable all torque protection.

Really just running out of ideas as to what could be causing it. Apart from the throttle plate closing sporadically the car is running really well.

In the chart below, throttle plate is green, pedal is yellow, blue is RPM and then red/white are AFR target and actual.

I was having the same problem. In the end it seemed I was commanding too much torque. Scaled down the torque values in Optimum Torque and it worked out.

Post up you file if you want me to take a look
