Hi all,
I've been working on tuning my Audi A4 B7 2.0 TFSI Avant Quattro (engine BWE, ECU 8E0910115K, SW 1037377605, cal D9151_1WE2) with a 200-cell sports cat, CAI, silicone inlet, new DV, catch can and NGK plugs. Currently running K03s.
Using the D9151_N43K320.kp definition file with WinOLS I've identified and modified the following maps:

Boost map: peak 2530 mbar
LDRXN (all three instances): raised proportionally to support ~95% rl at peak
KFLDIMX: raised from 79% to ~92% DC to give the I-integrator more authority
N75: raised ceiling from 85% to 93.6%
Overboost protection: raised from 2570 to 2650 mbar
Torque limiters (three blocks): raised from 280 to 370 Nm
Per-gear torque: 260/370/370/370/370/370 Nm
Post-cat monitors: disabled

VCDS logs show boost actual peaking at ~1740 mbar with N75 never exceeding 51% during WOT. Boost specified reaches ~1690 mbar. No knock events, ignition timing looks healthy (12-16° BTDC at WOT).
The N75 staying low suggests the wastegate is opening too early — I'm planning to adjust the actuator rod preload as a first step.
A few questions for the community:

Does the LDRXN approach look correct for this platform? I raised it proportionally from stock — should it be set differently for Stage 2?
Is there anything obvious I'm missing in the calibration that would explain the boost not reaching target?
Any experience with wastegate actuator preload adjustment on the K03s?
KFLDRL pre-control: I haven't calibrated it yet (still at default 32896). Is it worth doing fixed DC logs on K03s before upgrading to K04/F23L hybrid, or should I wait until after the turbo swap?

Thanks in advance.
