Hi all, I've been working on tuning my Audi A4 B7 2.0 TFSI Avant Quattro (engine BWE, ECU 8E0910115K, SW 1037377605, cal D9151_1WE2). Setup: 200-cell sports cat, CAI, silicone inlet, catch can, NGK plugs, K03s turbo. After logging with VCDS I confirmed that boost specified was directly controlled by LDRXN — at stock values the engine produced 1690 mbar specified. The relationship appears linear, so I scaled LDRXN proportionally to target 2300 mbar. Modifications (all addresses verified with D9151_N43K320.kp in WinOLS):
LDRXN @ 0x1CF06A: raised to 190.5% (62433 ECU units) targeting ~2300 mbar specified KFLDIMX @ 0x1CF284: raised from 79% to 92.9% DC N75 @ 0x1D15A0: ceiling raised to 93.6% Overboost protection @ 0x1C4B38: raised to 2400 mbar Torque @ 0x1D16FE: raised to 320 Nm Per-gear torque @ 0x1CE8B6: 240/320/320/320/320/320 Nm Post-cat monitors: disabled
What I left stock:
KFLDHBN — verified from map, stock values already support 2300+ mbar KFPLGUB — base boost pressure, no need to modify Ignition timing — stock, correct for 95 RON + sports cat CWMDAPP — stock value 3250 preserved
Questions for the community:
Does the LDRXN → boost specified linear relationship hold on MED9.1 in your experience? Is there anything else in the boost request chain I should check? Any known issues with KFLDIMX at 92.9% on K03s?
