Intro To Tuning?

Hey everyone im kinda behind all you in this game but it is extremely intruiging to me and i plan on learning all of this. Does anyone know of a nice solid website to explain tuning and bring me up to par? maybe a combination of websites? anything would be great Thanks.

I am pretty much in your shoes in terms of knowing what to do... I know too little.
I recommend going to openecu.org or any of those Subbie and Mitsu tuning fora. Those guys have had open ECU documentation for a long time and have been really far ahead of us here. You can have a look there for what there is to read and then come back here for more Motronic-specific stuff.
