If I remember correctly, the 906/907 series had 95c40. And for that I'd use UPA.

Thanks for the help, I dont see any devices under my gq-4x for that chip 95c40?

Err, it has 2 names, one of which is actually 25c40.

Should note, for future reference: 24, 25 and 95 are all the same series with the same pinouts (unless reversed, and you don't need to worry about this).


Looked in GQ, and it lists it as a "25c040".

what would a corrupt read mean? Am I using the wrong chip? Did I stuff the contents of the chip up by trying other chip types in my gq?
