Is it possible to interchange S4 8D0907551D Box with 8D0907551K Box?
(after flashing K-File into D-Box for RS4 or flashing D-File into K-Box for S4)
D-Box of course has 800BB Eprom...

Not exactly sure what you are talking about - but K-box software isn't somehow special.
All these 29F800BB ME7.1 ECU's are compatible between each other. The hardware is the same.
The only difference is the newer ME7.1.1 ECU's where the hardware is different, those are not compatible with the earlier ME7.1 ones.
