any chance you can share or post a link to that damos you are using?

It's not a damos and it's not complete. I'm just translating from the A2L that's floating in this site little by little. I'm sure there are more complete ones.

If you use a manual boost controller, then you will be forever fighting the ECU.  Get rid of that and use the N75 and tune your boost from there.

Rick

How is the stock N75 going to help if I want more than 22 psi?

Thank you. I upped the KFMLDMX map and it took care partially of the problem.Right now it's as high as 1400 Kg/hr around max throttle areas. I still feel the ecu fighting the boost but it is going in the right direction at least Smiley

Here is the original map (original stock read)

And the last test I did (boost cap testing)

Thanks in advance!.

I am very sorry to tell you that.
This is not a file for a big turbo project.
This is not good for K03S even!!!
You have to make a lot of changes.
Boost maps, Fuel pressure maps, diagnostic maps etc...etc

Very good. I welcome all comments on it. Could you be more specific as to what maps need changing?

So far I have raised / modified for boost:
KFMIRL
KFPLGUB
KFVPDKLD
LDORXN
KFLDHBN
LDRXN
LDRXNZK
4 more boost maps at 1CF3AE, 1CF3F0, 1CF432, 1CF474
KFLDIMX
KFLDRL

for injection:
KRKATE
and all 6 lambda maps

for MAF:
KFMLDMX

For rear cat delete:
CDKAT & byte @ 1D65C0

Throttle:
KFPED_0_A
KFPED_1_A

Timing:
KFZW
KFZW2
and the other 4 timing maps

Torque:
KFMIOP (1 & 2)

Can you tell me what other maps need changing? or which ones should not be touched? I don't mind reflashing the car 50 times if you point me in the right direction. Thank you!

You are running genuine Winols?
I can give you an Ols project with all the maps, you need.
Also i can give you a basic file.
You need 80-90 mm intake and RS4 or Porsche injectors. You could use RS6 also, but only if you running 1,7-1,8 bar Turbo pressure.
You will need a bigger pump, for low pressure fuel.
TTRS is good, Porsche is the best!!!
Do not forget to change, the pressure regulating valve with RS4 (AUDI CODE 079 130 757). With this valve, you can running 140++ bar High pressure, using Autotech HPP or APR,KMD...etc..etc

Yes I am using genuine Winols. It will be much apreciated. Smiley

The high pressure pump valve was upgraded but the low pressure is still stock, it will get upgraded now. The injectors are APR reworked they don't tell me the flow number but i think they are close to rs4.
