	Fuel trims goes wild, cure? « on: November 11, 2012, 02:10:39 PM »

The patient: 1.8T 20V forged with gt3071 turbocharger and 630 dekas.

Fuels trims around -1% both on idle and stfts (values which were checked after 100km).

Problem is present after 4 - 5 hard wots till top gear readline. Stfts going crazy rich to -14% and perhaps more if not resetting these.

N249, SAI were physically removed. Eskonf adjusted properly and for N249 those maps were adjusted as:
CWBGMSZS -> 0
DLDUVES -> FF
CWDLDUV -> 0
TMMZUV -> FF
TMFDUV -> FF
TMDLDUV -> FF
CDTLDUV -> stock

Forgot to mention that car was throwing P1200 for N249 mechanical malfunction before removing the DTC.

Give me your suggestions to treat the man to go home

remove manifold pressure signal to FPR and report.

Maybe TVUB to high but KRTE too low ?

Havent heard that before. Is it safe doing that? Dont wanna face some distance surprises!!

No KRKTE and TVUB are spot on since working great on my car with same injectors and fpr.

hfm is stock?
did you modify the intake hose to the turbo?

hfm is from audi s3 and khfm is stock from s3 too.
Yes intake is modified and airbox is no longer used.

if no longer using the airbox, try zeroing KFKHFM (correction for intake snorkel etc), and see if it still does that..
might require some trimming, but id definitely start from zero and not from the oem intake-tract map.

Haven't forgot it. Owner got a boy and has no time to make some kilometers.
I ll update when i am sure with the answer. 99% its HW related.

So problem was a broken T vacuum solenoid adaptor within manifold and FPR used for boost gauge measurements.
Replaced and problem is not present any more.
