95040 contents changed after flashing?
« on: December 18, 2012, 06:57:49 AM »
I was curious as to what was on a non-immo equipped 95040, so I read it off with argdubs (very usefull) tool. Once before, and once after a flash. After the flash the 95040 file contains a different ECU id, as well as nefmto (x2) towards the bottom. Anyone else encountered this? I was under the impression the 95040 wasn't altered during flashing? Am I mistaken?

Well, that's just what the nefmoto flasher does secretly without telling you...

Maybe I'm wrong, but I remember seeing all x's on a car with an intact immo as well. I'll have to go take a look..
