i pulled this this morning, its my first one and being a noob i cant view it. it was a mapped ecu and pulled about 318bhp on the maf. if anyone can find me an xdf i would appriciate it greatly

That might be an eeprom, but definitely not the flash memory chip. There are no maps there, and it's 512bytes as opposed to 512Kb.
