You have stumbled into the hardest part of tuning (IMHO). If there is no available definition file you need a similar bin that has the required maps defined. Open the xdf/kp and browse the map you want to find. Look at the address. Now open both files (the defined bin, and your bin) in a hex editor. Browse to the location of the map in the KNOWN file. Then, observe the map features, and surrounding data. Now look for the same pattern in your bin. It's awful at first. After a while hex makes sense (scary). You have to do the same for the axis data as well. Good luck, it's not fun.

If you can't do this, you can always pay someone to make you an xdf.
