Because sendspace website is blocked by Sophos antivirus , it has a lot on trojan on it. Don't want my credit card number flying all around the world.

The site itself can't be harmful, you're not sending them any useful information. You probably forgot to untick the checkbox under the download link, which downloads their own potentially unsafe download manager instead of the file itself. Sadly this crap is common practice among free file hosts these days, you have to be really careful.
