Hello guys,
I would like to ask for a favor. I bought myself an Audi A3 1.8T from 2000 and I am not sure if it is chituned. As a starting point to play around with it I'd like to have the latest original software on it.
How can I figure out, if it is stock software? It identifies as 06A906032AS in Version 0004. I dumped the software and attached it. Could somebody check it for me? Or if it is simplier give me a stock file in version 0004 or newer?
Thanks.

Sorry, unfortuately I do not have. I tried the last hours to make a xdf-file for it by modifing from another 1,8t model, but I failed. The differences seem to big for me. I used this one "Sander_AUDI_TT_2001_224hp_Q" from this forum, because there an xdf exists from another member. But I am beginner.

I will reply but give me some time. I have to learn a lot and actually I am fighting with this .dam files... But playing with this stuff is fun :-) By the way, from what I see at the moment: The 8N0906018S ATC 180hp and my 06A906032AS ARZ150HP seem to be very similar. ATC has more power, some map adresses differ a little bit, but from what I see is the main difference between this engines only the LDRXN-map. The ATC also seems to habe the KKK K03 loader. Would it be possible to copy that LDRXN-map into my 06A906032AS file, correct chechsums, flash it and enjoy 30hp more in my car? Does abody know more differences? Yogi

Sorry, I does not fit. Best match is still Audi TT 1.8T ATC 180HP 8N0906018S 0261206582 352751 OLS frm gregor10. Some 3d map differ a little bit in adress locations. Yogi

Okay guys,
thanks for your help. I was able to open, check, compare and modify my file with others. perfect :-)
By doing this I got an idea. The ARZ 150HP and ATC 180HP engine seem to be very similar. So I decided to compare both files and the only difference I found where the maps for LDRXN and LDRXNZK. From my research the turbochargers seem to be the same...KKK K03.
So I copied the ATC maps for maximum specified load into my ARZ file and corrected checksums. It will be tested tomorrow on my car.
The resulting file comes here.

Good start with tuning. But be aware of potential risks. So log CR (knock sensors) , fuel trims, boost and the rest. You should also copy the fuel maps- kflbts , kfddlbts maps which, because 180hp maps would be different as usual.
Also you should check afr using wideband lambda to make sure that you aren't run lean.
Good luck

Hi, I followed gregor10's hint and he was right, there where als differences in kflbts , kfddlbts maps. Here comes the fix. Test in Germany is delayed because of snow and summer tires .... Yogi

Okay, update,
waether is better and test is done. Software-mod to 180HP runs good, but on high load at 180km/h there is a slight power drop. I flashed back to stock-rom, same problem.... I think that MAF-sensor is faulty, because on full pull it only goes to 105 g/s. I ordered a new one, we will see if it solves the problem. I will go on with testing, if this problem is solved.
