That's 30 seconds in car yeah? You change the write speed in the gui for that??? I know i've got a 1mb flash, but that's quite a difference.

I too have a 1MB flash. 30 seconds via OBD. No changes in the program. It just skips matching sectors (I assume based on the checksums) and only writes new data.

Aha, this could be the key as MPPS wont calculate the checksum for the rs6 ecu. Maybe this is why it has to write the whole file.... I'll fire up the v13 software to check too, but i think v13 is really just rebadged v12. of course my v12 could just be rebadged v5 though Cheesy

Does MPPS work with the generic ebay odb cables like nefmoto does?

1. It will calculate the checksum fine.
2. Write the RS6 ECU as a RS4 with ME7.1 protocol and it will only write the changed blocks.

Can i use MPPS cable v13 with VCDS software v15.

I have error message : don't find interface usb...

Apologies if this is a stupid question, but can MPPS read SKC from an ECU over OBD or can it only access the "Map" portion of the ECU and not the immobiliser area?
