Hello everyone. I am new to this software and forum, but not new to building cars. I'm here to learn all that I can about how to effectively use this software for tuning purposes. PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR ANY DUMB QUESTIONS I MAY ASK. I HAVE MY FLAME SUIT ON! That being said I do know where the SEARCH button is. Lol. Most of all I've been lurking around this forum for a few months and I have to say.... you all are some of the most knowledgeable and detailed enthusiasts that I've come across. I'm very excited to learn from you all. The good, the bad, and the ugly. And hopefully I don't blow my motors up. I have a heavily modded 2001 Audi  A6 quattro with a 6speed. The motor in the car is a k04'ed 2.7t stage 3 minus that I plan to go full stage 3 this summer. I have a 3 liter build on a stand in my garage with twin gt28's that I plan to have finished by next summer. So once again hello and it's nice to meet all of you.

Welcome.

Regarding your flame suit, you should be able to safely stow that away. this is a relatively small forum dominated by enthusiasts who want to help forward a respectful tuning community.
We do ask that you do your homework first, which mostly involves searching (as you've stated) and reading through the stickies carefully.
the search field is quirky, and you'll prolly get better results by entering "site:nefariousmotorsports.com <your query here>" into google.

happy flashing
