Hello everybody!

I bought audi b7 2005y with engine 1.8T BFB 163ps.
In the beginning i removed second lambda and catalyst from software.
For tests i modified only LDRXN's maps (up to %=145) but
from vag logs it's seems that i should change injectors to 320cc (stock are 280cc) and i am getting inj time higher then 21ms.

logs:
http://vaglog.rtnet.pl/roman_tyk29_122674.html
http://vaglog.rtnet.pl/roman_tyk29_122673.html

I am planning to advance my ignition, can i copy all KFZW/KFZWOP maps from BEX engine version (320cc and 190ps)?
I am wondering because % axis on my ECU is scaled to 140...and in BEX it's scaled to 160. I think i can't change axis because it's common for a lot of another maps, am I right?

You have to calibrate the A/F ratio, first.
As you can see, you have 0,9 (~13,2) a/f until 5300-5400 rpm and then goes to .73(~10,7).
Change LAMFA (>850C) and KFLBTS (850C>).

I would like to start my tuning adventure with changing injectors to bigger one. Then i will remap A/F ratio as you suggested. I am planning to buy K03s, the best option for this will be 320cc injectors or 440cc?

For 440cc do I need to change any other maps then KRKTE/TUVB/KVS?
My stock values now:

KRKTE=0.06904
KVB=304.69
TVUB 1.4071 0.8784 0.6114 0.4459 0.3311

Have you try to compare values? Most of those kfzw maps are quite same at lower loads.

Can you post that BEX .ols file here?

Ok guys i rechecked BFB maps and BEX maps, if i want to change injectors from BEX 320cc@3bar

Should i change those

to:

BFB 280cc@3bar
KRKTE=0.06904
KVB=304.69
TVUB 1.4071 0.8784 0.6114 0.4459 0.3311

BEX 320cc@3bar
KRKTE=0.06161
KVB=304.69
TVUB 1.3510 0.8224 0.5554 0.3898 0.2750

Why KVB for both is the same?

@SVSPORT  really thanks for comparison.

I reviewed about 10 differents 1.8T definitions map.
There is always convention like this:

Examples:
1. 32768 32768 00753[krkte] 25933 00004 00103 00148
2. 32768 32768 00944[krkte] 25933 00004 00157 00177
3. 32768 32768 00928[krkte] 25933 00004 00103 00176

On my BFB I found:
1. 00150 00125 00622[krkte?] 25933 00004 00157 00177

For krkte 0.10367 there should be 933(dec) with factor 0,000111, i don't have this value on my BIN.
But for factor 0,000167 i will get krkte=0.10387

Which factor should i use?

Is there any way to easy find out krkte?

Thanks SVSPORT i found it few days ago, it was problem for because i was looking for value with factor 0111 and here was with 0167.

Today i successfully removed catalyst:

and installed downpipe 2.75.
I collected logs and seems that turbo is spooling up earlier Smiley and it's blowing about 0.85bar in stock:

My vagcom logs:
http://vaglog.rtnet.pl/roman_tyk29_125071.html
http://vaglog.rtnet.pl/roman_tyk29_125070.html

Nice mod  Smiley

In next week i am changing injectors to 320cc@3bar black from BEX 190ps.
TVUB/KVB/KRKTE already found.

Hello everybody!

I changed injectors to 320cc@3bar, in stock injection time decreased to 14ms.
So i uploaded my program (ldrxn, kfmiop, tagbts...->modded)

http://vaglog.rtnet.pl/roman_tyk29_125702.html
http://vaglog.rtnet.pl/roman_tyk29_125703.html
http://vaglog.rtnet.pl/roman_tyk29_125704.html

Now i am playing with fueling, in the end of rpms and max load i want to hold lambda in 0.78-0.8:

Is it good for this engine and k03?
