Hi. I flashed a file that changed my soft coding for my engine to 06652 and this is not correct. As I'm getting a code for it.

I don't have the pay copy of vcds so I don't have the engine code chart so I could figure out what my could will be.

Does someone have this or could take a screen shot or the coding chart. I cannot find it and my friend that has a Ross tech cable is hr away and he don't have a computer ATM.

L-box can either be 06751 or 06651. Anything else and you'll have a coding error.

Cool thanks you been a big help. Which code should I use?

Now only if I could code out the transmission code for locking/stuck lock-up so I stopped getting CEL I already know its a issue lol

Your xdf was amazing that I download 4.25.13 its best I have ever seen I believe you posted it.

EDIT: So I tried both codes and with 06651 I got the DTC code for incorrectly coded ecu.

With the 06751 this code did not come up, instead I got a code

18057 -  Powertrain Data Bus: Missing Message from ABS Controller
P1649 - 35-00

No big deal for me but that wasn't there before the coding got switched.

Here is what I was looking for. This says my last number should be 2 not a 1.

It doesn't matter what it says, that's only valid if you're using an A6 file. As you are using an s4 file, the ecu will only accept the s4 coding.

If your car is a 2000, 06651. If it is a 2001 with ESP, 06751. 06752 will not work on an L-box file.

Gotcha. Was just making sure. Got a used abs unit today and just noticed they gave me 0273004283 not a 0273004284 and I'm not able to connect so I was looking for anything that could have stopped it from working other then the part # but looks like I'm gonna need the correct module for it to connect.
