Am I doing something wrong. Here's a copy of the log. I just can't get it to read the flash, seems to connect ok, in slow and fast init with the ignition off. then the problems start.

It's on an Audi s3 1999: tried all the memory layouts and a new battery with a charging pack on it as well just in case.

The main issue seems to be that the request to start the programming session is being rejected. I assume it is possible that the 1999 A3 does not support programming over the KWP2000 protocol. I know that KWP2000 programming support wasn't supported on many Audis until 2000.
