is it posseble for me to tune the ecu whit the obd cable/interface or what do i have to do to get a stage 1 tune

and what do i need if it's posseble to write to the ecu

Yes seems a ME7.5 ECU unit, you can read/program this ECU over OBD with proper tools.

AEB uses M5.9 AFAIK.

If that is the case read is not possible using OBD, but write should be possible using e.g. MPPS and supplying 12v to pin 43:

Not all eeproms can be written to, so this might have to be changed in order to flash the unit.
