I know its a little off topic regarding to Tuning ,but there are a lot of ME7.5 specialists here, please if anyone has any idea whats going on with my case.
I had the wierdist thing today.I was logging a Revo`ed Ibiza FR with VCDS then ME7logger and then I just atempted to read it with nefmoto (really I dont know why,I know they can`t be read). I also did a clear ECU faults with VCDS and an EPC reset (block 060). When I fire the car again,it didnt boost at all.. I have an SPS3 ,so I plugged it in I switched to Mode 2 (Tune) again , fired it up.It boosts a lot higher but not as it used to be (1.3bars instead of 1.45) the EPC pedal was very slow. I decieded to do again a block 060 reset ,and I had an error. After some attempts and when I switched to Mode 1 (stock) to be able to do it,the adaptation was successfull but still the car doesnt boost and the throttle is still slow..
What happened ?I know just logging cant affect an ECU ,was a bad thing I tried to read it with Nefmoto?I have tried again. Was it just luck and I have problems with EPC ?
P.S. I had no response from block 112 either from the begining of the logging when the car felt right .Just mentioning

Read the eeprom, see if the contents have been changed.
You DID backup your eeprom right? I mean if my tune were locked to a specific file that takes 30 seconds to save, I'd definitely make sure to back it up.
See if the eeprom has NEFMTO near the bottom.

No I have never touched or attempted to read Revo with an other way .I just have a spare ECU to try my tunes in my car. Just connecting with nefmoto and attempting to read could lead to such a thing? I think its time to attempt to write over the revo file.I screwd up big time

How about reconnecting the boost hose you most likely blew off or made a hole in?

You need to turn revo settings back on, You need to be a revo dealer or have a sps maybe. As a dealer I know what just happened, Yes I think its in the eeprom but unless he read it first I don't know how you could tell.

Rule number one when dealing with aftermarket software (that you want to keep). Make a backup of the eeprom.

this is true, but in this case any revo dealer can turn it back on. If they charge it should not be more than twenty dollars. I'll post a read from a good revo tuned car, If we want to try to figure it out. The eeprom should be good for revo on.

Do you know what address are modified with the SPS and when it reverts back to stock with a power failure? I have an old 1st gen SPS unit I may be able to map some changes. Should be two positions with 0-9 for number of possibilities.

I have an SPS3 switch ,it wouldnt do a throttle adaptation, so I had to put it on stock (mode 1) . What I dont understand if how the eeprom changed, just attempting to read it ? is that possible..?
Carsinc .VWaudigy ,it never reverts back to stock even without a battery for a month. But just in case I changed again the settings (HB9 T7) but no luck.
Didilinger you are absolutely right ,I never expected a typical logging run would end up like this.

I had one do this when I read that eeprom bin I posted. They do it most common when the alternator fails and car is driven to low voltage.

I'm not sure I understood? I think you may be able to turn revo back on by switch maps with your sps. If that does not work a revo dealer can do it real easy no refash. Under the dealer setting there is a option to turn on or off the revo.

I know you are right , what I am saying is if I dont find a solution and I want to revert it to stock , before flashing an .ori I would revert back to stock with SPS3 also ,since it messes with eeprom also ,and I have no dumb of my eeprom (stupid I know)
